According to Nitu, some roles were given to people who could do everything and anything really well, but she was not given the chance to prove her potential in certain projects. For instance, some action movies were given to people who trained for six weeks or three months in New York, but the film did not perform well at the box office.

Nitu believes that a biopic of a sportsperson should be given to an actor who has a sports background to do justice to the character.

Nitu believes that her black belt fourth dan (rank) in Taekwondo helped her get the leading role in Never Back Down: Revolt. While talking about the movie, Nitu stated that life is a fight, and she fought to get a Hollywood film, which is a significant milestone in her career.
